Are your desserts really sugar-free?

Yes — we never bake with refined cane sugar, brown sugar, or corn syrup. Instead we use monk fruit and erythritol blends, which sweeten naturally without spiking your blood sugar. The only sugars present are the small amounts that occur naturally in ingredients like almonds, dairy, or fruit.
What makes them gluten-free?

Every cookie and dessert is built on a base of finely milled blanched almond flour — no wheat, no all-purpose flour, no spelt, and no oats unless explicitly labeled. We use certified gluten-free baking powder and vanilla so the whole product stays celiac-friendly.
What sweeteners do you use?

Primarily monk fruit extract and erythritol. Both are zero-glycemic, plant-derived, and won't cause a sugar crash. We avoid artificial sweeteners like sucralose, aspartame, and acesulfame-K entirely.
What are the main allergens?

All products contain almonds (tree nuts), eggs, and dairy (butter, milk solids). Some flavors contain hazelnuts, peanuts, coconut, or passion fruit. Our kitchen handles tree nuts and peanuts — if you have a severe nut allergy, these treats are not safe for you.
Where do your ingredients come from?

We source blanched almond flour from a family mill, single-origin cocoa, and grass-fed butter and pasture eggs from regional dairies. Monk fruit comes from a non-GMO supplier. We taste-test every batch before it leaves the kitchen.
Is everything keto and diabetic-friendly?

Most of our cookies are low-carb and keto-friendly (typically 2–4g net carbs per serving). They're a popular choice for people managing blood sugar, but every body is different — please check the nutrition info on each product page and consult your doctor if you're diabetic.
Are the desserts dairy-free or vegan?

Not currently — every recipe uses real butter and eggs for texture and flavor. We're testing dairy-free versions and will label them clearly when they launch.
How fresh are they when they arrive?

Everything is baked in small batches the day it ships. Cookies stay fresh on the counter for about 5 days, or up to 3 weeks in the freezer. No preservatives, ever.
